Most people can't tell whether what they've got is a medical problem or a hearing problem — and you shouldn't have to. One free video visit sorts that out, and we'll point you to the right place if you need one.

A free consultation with an ENT physician or an audiologist — no referral, and no waiting weeks for one. Connected devices let your clinician examine and measure your ears for real, so this isn't guesswork over the phone.
Most of what we see gets sorted right here. If you do need hands-on care, we'll say so and book it for you — at an ENT clinic or an audiology clinic near you. It costs nothing to find out.
At an audiology clinic
The signs it's hearing rather than something medical: you're asking people to repeat themselves more than you used to, you lose the thread in restaurants and group conversation, or the television has crept up past where anyone else needs it.
An audiologist tests properly, fits and tunes devices in person, and adjusts them whenever you want. If your video visit points here, we'll book it — at one of our clinics or a partner clinic near you. And if you don't need hearing aids, they'll tell you that — plenty of people don't.
At an ENT clinic
Ear pain, pressure, fullness, drainage or itching. Wax you can't clear, dizziness, vertigo or ringing. Hearing that changed suddenly — which can be urgent.
These need a physician, and sometimes a procedure. Red-flag triage is built into every visit — virtual or in person — so the things that must not be missed aren't.
Online hearing test
Take the check at home in about five minutes. It asks a few questions, plays some sounds, and tells you whether your results suggest hearing loss — and what to do about it.
Different from the questions above: that one is about you and where to start. This one is about your ears.

I had a problem with ear wax that clogged my eardrums. Dr. Martin immediately took care of the problem, explaining that some people have this problem. So I will go yearly to check out my eardrums.
